Q2. Are the shipping safe and packed well?

Yes, your order will be processed and will be packed in a plain brown padded envelope. The items are packed with care to avoid the item from being crushed or damaged. All orders are packed and shipped out as using generic and discreet packing. In fact, to remain anynomous, the shipping and handling for all orders is handled by fulfillment partners.

Q3. How much shipping fees will charge? How are my orders processed?
We charge a FLAT shipping and handling fee of US$7.00. Most orders made within the USA, Canada and Latin America will be processed by our logistics and fulfillment partner based in California, USA subject to stock availability. For orders from the REST OF THE WORLD orders is processed from our Malaysian office and is sent using Registered International Airmail. For orders within Malaysia we will either process your order using Pos Laju or Despatch rider.

Q5. How can I trust upon making payment that your company will process and send my order?

Upon receipt of your payment for your order via Paypal, we process your order for posting on the same work day. We do not process order during the weekends and or public holidays. Upon posting your order, we will scan the "Posting Receipt" and will email you a copy of the receipt.

For local or domestic orders within Malaysia processed using Pos Laju, we will scan and email you the "Tracking number" as provided by Pos Laju.

Most orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt (processing time does not include weekends).
Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays).
Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.
